This 1 week Basic foundation course is an introduction to Ayurveda, the Science of Life, an ancient Indian holistic approach to achieving and maintaining good health considering both internal and external environment conditions. |
| |
The course gives beginners a sound understanding of the principles of Ayurveda such that one can adjust one's own lifestyle, and share the secrets of radiant health with family, friends, colleagues, for improved health.
The course helps the student get a basic understanding of the main principle of Tridosha (one's natural state of being and imbalances) and a wellness lifestyle which is in sync with one's age, seasons, work conditions, etc. Students are also expected to participate in the daily campus schedule including asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting and selfless service.
